Magnificent circular hike on the Fürstin-Gina-Weg up to the Augstenberg and along the flower-strewn ridge on a secured mountain trail down to the Pfälzerhütte.

A very beautiful mountain hike from Malbun to the 2359 m high Augstenberg as the highest point with a magnificent panoramic view to the Falkniskette and the Schesaplanastock as well as down to Malbun, Gamperdona and Valüna. The Pfälzerhütte on the Austrian border is the starting point for the ascent of the Liechtenstein path to the Schesaplana.

On the way back across the wide pasture borders of Alp Gritsch to Tälehöhe and descent via Vaduzer-Täli to Malbun.

Tip: Worthwhile ascent on the marked mountain trail to Naafkopf (2570 m). Descent from the Pfälzerhütte on marked mountain trails through the Naaftal or from Gritsch via the Rettaweg to Steg. Marked mountain trails to the Nenzinger Himmel, to the Malanser Älplibahn or to the Schesaplanahütte.

Family tip: overnight stay in the Pfälzerhütte; great sunrise in early summer.

Variant A
With the chair lift to Sareis and further to the Sareiserjoch (altitude difference: -376 hm / duration: -45 min.)

Variant B
From the Pfälzerhütte to the Naafkopf (length: 2 km / altitude difference: 462 hm)
