Through the wild Samina Valley
The path through the longest Rätikon valley at the feet of the Three Sisters is a dream tour. Especially in autumn when the first snow lies on the mountains and the valley shines in golden autumn leaves, the valley, which is also considered the soul of Liechtenstein's alpine waters, is worth a visit.
On the way on the Liechtenstein Trail
In the Principality of Liechtenstein, hikers can hike an entire country within a few days on the Liechtenstein Trail and get to know it in all its depth. The Liechtenstein Trail leads 75 kilometers through all 11 municipalities of the country, past idyllic vineyards, nature reserves, old village centers, many sights and is peppered with magnificent views.
With the free LIstory app, 147 selected historical sites and sights are linked into one big whole by the Liechtenstein Trail. The path leads in constant ups and downs either from south to north or vice versa. It is possible to start the Liechtenstein Trail from any municipality.
To the summit cross of the Alpspitz
The Alpspitz rises above Bärgälla and the Fürstensteig, the most famous mountain hiking trail of the Rätikon, leads through the western flank - a first-class round full of contrasts and surprises.
Lookout mountain Galinakopf
The Galinakopf is considered one of the most beautiful lookout mountains in Liechtenstein. The extensive but varied ascent leads in easy ups and downs over pleasant mountain and driving paths. The descent to Steg leads through the wild and romantic Valorschtal, where with a little luck you can hear the roaring of the deer during the rutting season.
High trail on the Eschnerberg
Walking along the Höhenweg has a special charm at any time of the year. We overlook the Rhine valley, the mountains of the Rätikon, the Alvier group and the Alpstein. Wayside shrines and crosses bear witness to popular piety.
The Princess Gina Trail
The Fürstin-Gina-Weg is a beautiful mountain hike from Malbun to the 2359 m high Augstenberg as the highest point. From there you are rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view to the Falkniskette and the Schesaplanastock as well as down to Malbun, Gamperdona and Valüna. If you still haven't had enough, you can reach the Pfälzerhütte on the Austrian border from here in about 1 hour.
