When the days are getting longer again and nature slowly

sheds her white winter coat, spring moves into the vacation region of Kufstein. It's time to draw new energy and revive the "I". "Ranger" Cornelia Miedler reveals her favorite "places" to pause, recharge, revive and activate. In conversation, Cornelia tells of secret power spots in the vacation region of Kufstein and delves into the fascinating world of herbs and spring customs.

Spring cleaning for body, mind and soul
Ribwort plantain, dandelion leaves, yarrow leaves, groundsel leaves - the spicy scent of fresh spring herbs wafts through the rustic parlor. Here - near the Blue Spring in Erl, itself an energizing place in Ferienland Kufstein - the state-certified mountain hiking guide, ranger and "herb witch" Cornelia Miedler tells us about nature-loving ways to lay down the winter ballast and get ready for a resurgence in the magnificent nature of Ferienland Kufstein, but above all also in ourselves.

The sun is shining, the first trees are budding and nature is slowly starting to unfold. But right now, many of us humans are lacking energy. "This is due to the rather fatty, low-energy winter diet of some people," knows Cornelia. That's why in spring it's time to replenish your energy and vitamin reserves. We can do this on the one hand through our diet, but especially outside in the fresh air. Vitamin D, for example, is largely formed in the skin under the influence of UVB light, i.e. sun rays. There are many beautiful paths and places for hiking and being outside in the vacation region of Kufstein. But some are very special. So-called "natural power places" are places with very special energy, in the Alpine region these are often marked with a chapel, a wayside cross or a wayside shrine.

On the 3-kilometer-long health trail in Bad Häring , various eventful stations awaken our senses and convey on display boards many interesting and interesting facts about nature, but also about many a secret of life. The walking time is about 1.5 hours, during which each visitor should feel the health trail with all their senses. The path is designed in such a way that it also appeals to families and can be experienced especially by children.

The stone circle at Riedenberg near Landl also promises a new awareness of our environment and our inner selves. The hexagonal stone circle promotes growth, fertility and increases the life energy of the earth, nature and thus the energy of us humans. Ranger Cornelia Miedler tells us about mystical energy places in Ferienland Kufstein and tips for the start of spring.
