Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis have grown together to form a single vacation region.

With first-class hiking and mountain sports offers for families and connoisseurs, biking, rafting, canyoning, paragliding, Nordic walking and horse riding, everything that promises fun and adventure in and around the mountains is on offer.

The fact that, in addition to this wealth of offers, you also have the free choice between three beautiful places that are bathed in sunshine for 2,000 hours a year makes the decision to choose the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis vacation region both exciting and enjoyable.

Under the sign of the castle | Ladis
The first village you reach on the sun terrace above the Inn is Ladis. Guarded by Laudeck Castle, which dates back to the 13th century. The village was shaped by the Rhaeto-Romanic people, with picturesque houses nestling next to each other, many of them decorated with magnificent facade paintings. Ladis has always been rural in character. This did not change when a mineral spring was tapped in the 17th century, bringing much of the Bavarian nobility to the village for a cure. The water still plays a role today, for example as part of a water hiking trail and as part of alpine wellness. Ladis has something meditative about it. If you are looking for tranquillity, an unspoilt environment and magnificent mountain views, this is the place for you.

Awareness of beauty | Fiss
Heading west from Ladis, you pass the small Überwasser natural bathing lake and soon see the second village on the high plateau in front of you. Some new buildings may have been built on its outskirts, but Fiss has remained a village at its core, with its Rhaeto-Romanic character, well-groomed and manageable. Fiss describes itself as a family village, Family Tirol Dorf is the title awarded by the Tyrolean state government for the quality and variety of its offerings. A Mini&Maxi Club looks after children in four age categories and keeps them busy with play, adventure and creative programs. In the Summer Funpark Fiss, children (and adults) can really get down to business: Fisser Flieger, Fisser Flitzer and the Skyswing promise pure action.

Serfaus
A walk through the neighboring village of Serfaus takes you past old wooden houses, barns and even stables. The church tower in the center of Serfaus is evidence of the village's Rhaeto-Romanic roots. Just like the sister behind the mountain ridge, Serfaus has also been awarded the title of Family Tirol Dorf and has an excellent offer for families with children. The Murmli-Club is a paradise for children here. The Murmliwasser water adventure park, the marmot enclosure with real marmots, the walk-in marmot cave and the Murmli Rodeo are absolutely unique.
