A Christmas atmosphere, lights romantically reflected in the large Lac d'Annecy and magical handicrafts put visitors in the festive mood.

Annecy will be spectacularly illuminated from November 22, 2025 to January 10, 2026 , with entertainment for young and old, various concerts, nativity scenes, Christmas markets and an ice skating rink.

This winter, the magic of Christmas returns to Annecy with "Christmas in the Alps". Immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of the Christmas season with a frosty cultural program, twinkling lights for young and old and a newly designed Christmas market. In a warm and authentic atmosphere, where alpine tradition meets hospitality, the Christmas market is presented in a new splendor: 169 chalets stretch from the lake district to the Jardins de l'Europe. This year, the ice rink and the festive area are located directly on the lake in the Jardins de l'Europe. The perfect place to share unforgettable moments with family and friends in an exceptional setting. Santa Claus awaits the children on the Place de l'Ancienne Grenette.

From Saturday, November 22, 2025 to Sunday, January 10, 2026, the city will be animated by various events and entertainments designed for all audiences and all desires. A real invitation to immerse yourself in a magical atmosphere and live the magic of the holidays.
